About the Author:

Diane Moore is a journalist, fiction writer, and poet, and a native of eastern Louisiana. She splits her residence between New Iberia, Louisiana and Sewanee, Tennessee, where she lives in a cottage on the campus of the University of the South. Her most recent of sixteen works include a novel and two books of poetry focusing on two years she lived in Iran during the reign of the Shahanshah. She is the former archdeacon of the Episcopal Diocese of Western Louisiana, director of Solomon House, an outreach center mission in New Iberia, and deacon of the Episcopal Church of the Epiphany, New Iberia. She has two daughters and four grandchildren.
