In her experience as a coach Jessica McGregor Johnson has met 100's of successful women who have worked very hard to get to where they are, only to find that what they have strived for is not what they thought it was. Is this you? Have you suddenly realised that although you have been there, done that and got the T-shirt you have, to your horror, got the wrong T-shirt? You have followed the rules and ticked all the boxes marked happy and fulfilled but are not? The Right T-Shirt addresses that moment by firstly helping you see that even though you have worked hard to reach where you are in your life you can still change if you want to. You can move from 'I know something has to change but I don't know what' to discovering what will truly give your life meaning. It is never too late to get your right T-shirt and my experience can help you discover yours because I have found mine. This book will help you overcome your limitations that have stopped you in the past, and uncover the courage you already have within you in order to finally go out and get that right T-shirt. Endorsements for The Right T-Shirt: ‘In this inspirational book Jessica shows you how to leave all your shoulds behind and make your life choices according to your heart. Re-write the rules you live by and create a passionate life.’ Janet Bray Attwood, co-author of the New York Times bestseller The Passion Test. ‘In The Right T-Shirt, Jessica creates a lens through which we see the simplicity of life rather than the complexity. With her brilliant yet easily readable prose and the stories of her own life and that of her clients, she shows us how to skilfully navigate the rocky road of life and how the most challenging experience can be our greatest gift. With Jessica as your guide you will have the courage to live your true freedom and to go out and get that nice new T-shirt.’ Debra Poneman, best-selling author and founder of Yes to Success, Inc.

Jessica McGregor Johnson has worked internationally as a coach for nine years empowering women to go out and live the life they choose. She has been there, done that and got the wrong T-Shirt and so has walked the path she now writes about. In 1997 she left the corporate world and went to live in an Ashram, and Indian Spiritual retreat. Her purpose was to discover what was really valuable to her in her life. On leaving she went to live in Southern Spain and trained as a coach and NLP practitioner. She now knows that it is possible to experience that same journey of discovery without having to radically step out of life as she did. Since then she has worked with many women helping them through the same journey of discovery, making new choices and becoming empowered to live a life of their choosing. Her first book "Remembering Perfection - Everyday Inspiration for Living Your Spirituality" has been described as ‘one of the best books I've ever read on the subject of how to live not only your best life but always in grace.’
