About the Author:
Francoise Barbira Freedman is an anthropologist and a yoga teacher/therapist specialised in reproductive health. With a strong swimmer's background, she has pioneered the Aqualight style of Aqua Yoga that includes both dynamic moves and therapeutic water relaxation. Francoise is the founder of the charitable trust Birthlight (www.birthlight.com), that is dedicated to promote greater enjoyment of pregnancy, birth and babies as the best foundation for well-being in life.
