It just means we are in a much more positive and resourceful position to cope with what life throws at us. 3) There are a series of questions at the end of the book that will cause the reader to think about their current habits and re-adjust in light of the positive messages they ve just read. Andy Cope is a professional trainer, qualified teacher, author and learning junkie. His background is in retail management, but has spent the last few years in adult education, teaching on corporate courses at Loughborough College and the Universities of Leicester and Derby. He has a passion for motivation and positive psychology and is trying to influence people to think differently.

Andy's flagship programme, `The Art of Being Brilliant' has run successfully in businesses and schools around the world.
