About the Author:

For over 25 years, Ombassa Sophera has offered tools and services that inspire and create healthy lifestyles. She is the founder of the Arts of Empowerment, Akefa Global Healing Village and the Natural Healers Network. Also Co-Founder of , Life Conversations Radio, she has used all of these platforms to share her innate wisdom of the healing arts, her knowledge of energy and herbal medicine– assisting people to get from where they are, to where they want to be in life. She is internationally known for her ability to zone in on any life issue- physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, guiding her clients towards realizing their goals, dreams and aspirations.
