Iain Heath was born in Nottingham in 1975. He debuted in print
on the Junior Letters page of the Daily Mail and used the accumulated prize
money to buy his first guitar. He claims that this remains the largest
income he has received from writing. He has since contributed regularly to
Mensa Magazine and spent two years as Midlands Music Editor for The Big
Issue.

His first published work, Pointillist Realism - An Introduction, was based
around drawings he made whilst travelling in Europe after his graduation.
With the exception of his CV, The Guilt Trip is Iain's first major work of
fiction.
Iain lives with his wife, Donna, in a converted lunatic asylum near Warwick
and spends his time fishing - preferably in exotic locations - drawing,
playing the guitar and travelling.
He no longer reads the Daily Mail.
