About the Author
JO ANN WHITE acquired her first Shih Tzu in 1967, and has been breeding and showing Shih Tzu under her Heavenly Dynasty kennel name ever since. She is president of the American Shih Tzu Club, and is the Shih Tzu breed columnist for the AKC Gazette.
