<p><b>Kenneth Sharoff, PhD,</b> has been practicing psychotherapy for thirty years and is currently in private practice in the Phoenix, Maryland, area. He received his BA from the University of Colorado, his MA from the University of Denver, and his PhD from the University of Maryland. He is the originator of cognitive coping therapy, reviewed as ""the most important contribution in the development and maturing of cognitive behavior therapy in the past twenty years."" He is the author of <i>Cognitive Coping Therapy</i> and lives in Baltimore with his wife and two children.</p>
