About the Author:

Mike Evans is a regular contributor to UK's top music weekly newspaper, Melody Maker. He is the author of the much-acclaimed The Art of the Beatles, and since the early nineties has worked in publishing, commissioning and editing over sixty titles in rock'n'roll, jazz and popular culture, including two previous volumes on Elvis. Mike lives in London.
