This book is a comprehensive study on the science fiction genre in Spain that reveals key elements of Spanish culture. It analyzes both literature and cinema in an interdisciplinary context and includes a critical and philosophical perspective in order to explore a diversity of cultural topics of contemporary relevance. About the Author:
Dr. Cristina Sanchez-Conejero is an Assistant Professor of Spanish at the University of North Texas. She received her Ph.D. from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 2003 Her major fields of research are 20th-21st Century Spanish Novel, Cinema, and Culture.
