About the Author:
About the Authors and Contributors Lesley Logan is a freelance writer who has worked in publishing over the years as a nonfiction ghostwriter, publicity copywriter, and editor. Originally from New York, she has lived in London for many years with her husband Tom and daughter Nora. Richard Ehrlich, who wrote the chapter on dining, has been writing about food and drink in major United Kingdom magazines and newspapers since 1988. His work appears regularly in The Independent on Sunday, The Guardian, and Time Out. An American, Richard has lived in London since 1974. Delilah Durrant is a freelance writer who worked on the updated edition of this book, expanding the chapters on exercise and recreation, children, and entertainment. She also did the hard work of fact checking. She has lived in London her entire life and lives there still with her daughter Erell. Andy Craft, a native Londoner, wrote the chapter on exercise and recreation as well as sections on British culture, what the locals already know, and getting around London. He is the author of several screenplays, and teaches screenwriting at NYU in New York City, where he now resides. Tony Heiberg wrote the entertainment chapter. He is a freelance writer and has worked as a critic and journalist for a number of magazines on both sides of the Atlantic. He is now working on a novel. Tracy Thompkins updated the nightclub profiles after extensive research during a semester at Regents College in London. She is an indefatigable and fearless traveler who hopes to go into travel writing after graduation from the University of New Hampshire.
