About the Author:

Vishwanath S R is an Associate Consultant with the Tata Management Training Centre in Pune. He has also been on the faculties of S P Jain Institute of Management in Mumbai, T A Pai Management Institute in Manipal, and Bharathidasan Institute of Management in Trichy.

He has lectured extensively in many business schools on a variety of topics in finance, and has also conducted executive education programs for executives from many companies like Wipro, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, MICO, and Hindustan Lever Limited among others. Vishwanath S R has edited two books on Advanced Corporate Finance and Mergers, Acquisitions and Corporate Restructuring. His teaching and research interests are in corporate finance.
