Brown leather boards with gilt titling and red decoration with same to the spine which has six raised bands. The page edges are gilt all around and are particularly vivid, with only very slight signs of wear. Attractively marbled endpapers. Also a yellow ribbon pagemarker. The text is securely stitched and the binding remains tight. The pages are clean, bright and unmarked in any way. Only the slightest evidence of previous ownership and appears almost unused.
