Synopsis
En Volver al Agua se encuentra reunida la poesia de Luis Eduardo Aute, ademas de trece poemigas ineditos anadidos, creados en anos mas recientes. De la obra de este poeta, ha escrito J.M. Caballero Bonald: "con un engranaje verbal que no oculta algun debito al surrealismo y que se inclina a veces, como un deliberado contraste dialectico, hacia formas coloquiales, Aute ha pasado casi sin transicion del cultivo de una lirica de cuno intimista al de una epica de extrovertidas argucias, entre cuyos tentaculos de los mas abruptos y tipificados signos de una sociedad atrofiada por su propia estulticia o su propia vileza."

About the Author
Luis Eduardo Aute (Manila, Filipinas, 1943) vive en Madrid desde 1954. Es pintor, músico y poeta, además de cineasta. Sus obras pictóricas han sido expuestas en más de una treintena de muestras individuales y colectivas, y seleccionadas para diversas Ferias Internacionales de arte contemporáneo. Luego de componer para otros intérpretes, en 1966 graba sus propias canciones. Su producción discográfica es amplia y le ha valido reconocimientos tan notables como el del Premio Nacional del Disco en España en 1983 y el Premio Luigi Tenco en Italia en 2001. En el cine ha dirigido varios cortometrajes desde la década de 1970 y ya en el año 2001 dibuja y dirige su primer largometraje, Un perro llamado Dolor, seleccionado para varios festivales internacionales. En su obra poética cabe destacar “La matemática del espejo” (El Guadalhorce, 1975), “La liturgia del desorden” (Hiperión, 1976), y “Templo de carne” (Ariola, 1987). También ha publicado cinco libros de poemigas: “AnimaL uno” (El Europeo, 1994), “AnimaL dos” (Plaza&Janés, 1999), “AnimaL 3D” (Siruela, 2005), “AnimaLhito” (Siruela, 2007), “No hay quinto AnimaLo” (Siruela, 2010), todos reunidos bajo el título “AnimaLhada” (Siruela).
