Synopsis
Paul Newman established the first Hole in the Wall Gang Camp for children with cancer and other life threatening diseases in 1988, using some of the profits from Newman's Own, his highly successful food company. Today, over 7,000 children attend the camps each year. The spirit of sharing and good times fills THE HOLE IN THE WALL COOKBOOK, from the stories, poems and anecdotes contributed by campers to the more than 70 recipes designed by Newman and friends for parents and children to make and enjoy together. The book is tailor-made for beginners and includes recipes that will please even the fussiest eaters, including Julia Robert's Baked Potato Soup, Butch Cassidy's Cowboy Steak and Michael Bolton's White Chocolate Brownie Hot Fudge Sundae.

About the Author
Paul Newman, Academy Award winning actor, founded Newman's Own in 1982 and donates 100% of his profits after taxes from the company to educational and charitable causes. A.E. Hotchner, Newman's partner, has written more than 12 books and numerous plays.
