Fabian, M.D., is Chief Emeritus of the Division of Head and Neck Surgery at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary and Massachusetts General Hospital. William W. Montgomery, M.D., was Professor in the Department of Otology and Laryngology at Harvard Medical School.
