Review:
Rajdeep Sardesai may not be first thing that comes to your mind when it comes to ethics, however he is leaps ahead of other journalist, he has got integrity. Unlike other joins he did dump his views in favour of popular opinion. It cost hime is job and a lot more. He personifies the phrase "If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything" --Abhijit Mehta 05 Nov 2014
I'm not the biggest fan of Rajdeep these days but, this was the one book I wanted to read, to understand what lies in the mind of the star anchor of media world, who was once a model to me. Appreciate the honesty in which he wrote everything, though I'm sure there are many things he would not have shared. It is a suspense thriller: It gives a great insight into the elections, the backroom battle fought by the PR machinery, how images are made and broken, and, not to forget, some masala gossip too! Superb analysis of Kejriwal phenomenon and its failure, Rahul and his mod swings, and Modi and his brilliance. Contrary to the speculations of many, the book does not demonize anyone. It is the brilliant presentation of facts as seen by the author. Must-read for every Indian, irrespective of their party preference, to understand how it all works. Helps people not to be swayed by the spicy news that comes out only during elections and dies down later. Buy this book. Preserve it! --Shree 05 Nov 2014
The book includes everything that the papers and magazines missed during the elections. It also gives you a background about where NaMo and RaGa stood, before entering the election frenzy. Word of caution: Do not expect pointless gossip like how many papads does Modi have etc. If you wanna get the 2014 election right, this book is unmissable. Go ahead and order. Cheers. --Ameya Chumbhale 05 Nov 2014
