About the Author:
Alain Howes is a teacher, writer and businessman. He spent fourteen years in corporate management in South Africa, as well as two years teaching English in South Korea. Alain holds numerous business qualifications and is a Master Practitioner of NLP. He is an avid runner and lives in Cape Town, South Africa.
