Stephanie Hoppen owns The Stephanie Hoppen Gallery in London, where she is an expert dealer in decorative antiques, books, and maps. She works as an independent consultant to both private and corporate clients and is developing the merchandising of her picture archive. The author of Decorating with Pictures (Potter, 1991), she resides in London.

Fritz von der Schulenburg is an internationally recognized photographer whose work has appeared in numerous magazines, such as The World of Interiors, House & Garden, and Architectural Digest. He has also contributed to many interior style books and has published his own work, including Neoclassicism in the North, The Dining Room, and Living by Design. He lives in London.
