About the Author
Aldo Zilli is one of Soho's most flamboyant restauranteurs. He is chef patron of Signor Zilli and Zilli Fish in Brewer Street. Great Italian food and Aldo's legendary sense of humour make his restaurants a magnet for people from the media and entertainment world. Aldo has made two series for the Carlton Food Network and has written two books – Aldo's Italian Food for Friends and Zilli Fish. Aldo makes regular appearances on Virgin FM. Although Aldo has been a consultant chef for Safeway in the past, he now only works with them in so far as they are selling his name-brand sauces.
