Which end in March, 1917, and those to which the author has had access in the advance sheets of volume 19, reaching to August, 1917. The decisions of the state supreme court examined include those reported up to and including volume 165 of the Northwestern Reporter, the last advance sheet of which was dated February 1, Decisions of the United States Supreme Court have been considered through those reported in the Supreme 'court Reporter advance sheet dated February 1, 1918. A supplementary note deals with the decision in the Denver Water case, rendered March 4, 1918, after this work had gone to the printer.
