After the success of my first collection, Love In Verse, I was thrilled to put together A Friend Is Forever. What a unique and powerful gift friendship can be! The fact is, it doesn't matter if your friend is right next door or across the country. The connection between your spirits has long outlasted many goodbyes and continues to help you grow through life's ups and downs. Friendship supports us, lightens our burdens, colors our imagination, and makes us thrive! It takes our common sense--what makes us do what is right and live life calmly--and weaves into passion and energy. My latest collection is truly a celebration of the unique and inspirational bond of friendship. Each poem is vivid, sometimes whimsical, but always heart-felt. Share them with someone who has inspired you with the gift of friendship!
About the Author
Kathleen Blease is a writer and editor whose first poetry collection was Love in Verse: Classic Poems of the Heart. She and her husband, Roger, and their small children live in the historic district of Easton, Pennsylvania.
