Gloria J. Hathaway, Ph.D., a consultant in environmental toxicology, has been involved with each edition of Proctor and Hughes’ Chemical Hazards of the Workplace, and now serves as its lead author. Nick H. Proctor, Ph.D., is Director of Product Safety at a major consumer products company, and Assistant Adjunct Professor of Occupational Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco. James P. Hughes, M.D., FACP, Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco, is one of the world’s most respected occupational health physicians.
