Synopsis
In each life, the wheel of karma turns. Martial artist Connor Burke, who continues to labour under the stern tutelage of Yamashita Sensei, is drawn into a murder investigation involving a mysterious martial arts master named Kita Takanobu who has created a powerful new age synthesis of Tibetan mysticism and the lethal heritage of the samurai. The trail of blood ultimately leads to the Yamaji, Kita's elite mountain temple, where Burke will face his deadliest challenge ever.

About the Author
John Donohue has a black belt in both karate and kendo and has studied various Asian martial arts disciplines (judo, aikido, iaido, and taiji) for over 25 years. A nationally recognized authority on the martial arts, he is also an associate editor of the Journal of Asian Martial Arts and the author of four non-fiction books on the martial arts and the critically-acclaimed martial arts thriller SENSEI. He lives in Youngstown, NY.
