The present ministry which commenced Sept. 1, 1855, continues to the present time, A. D., 1868. There is good blood in the veins of this church and society. Through all these years of malfeasance and abuse, the society remem bering the imperfection of all human agents. Even the best and the holiest, and remembering too, that if the church is to be built up, and made a blessing, each must sacrifice his own private wishes for the good of others, has stood firmly and persistently by its great work.
