About the Author
David Freemantle is the author of fifteen books and this, his sixteenth, is based on a life-time of experiences which, in his case, resulted in being appointed to the board of British Caledonian Airways. Born in Southampton, UK he is a well-known speaker, respected across the world for his seminars on customer service, motivation and leadership. He currently lives in Makati City, Philippines and works extensively in China and Asia.
