Each tort is explained by reference to examples. This is very useful as these hypothetic examples spell out the circumstances that the law attempts to address. The companion website is very useful with updates on the most recent cases which are useful for tort law, common law or consumer law student's. The updated cases also include some analytic content which is both thought provoking and useful.
