St. Georgs - Ritterorden inkorporierten benediktinerstiftes millstat T 1) gingen naturgemäß in den Besitz dieses Ordens über. Noch vor dessen formeller Aufhebung und vor der definitiv im Jahre 1602 erfolgten Übergabe von Millstatt an das Grazer Jesuitenkolleg wurden große Bücherbestände aus dem Millstätter Kloster nach Graz überführt, wie sich aus zwei Inventaren ergibt, von denen das erste, ein Heft von vier Blättern Halbfolio, sich unter der Signatur XXV/1 (millstätter Archiv, fasc. 53) im Archiv des Kärntnerischen Geschichtsvereines befindet und schon von Loserth, in den Mitteilungen des histo rischen Vereines für Steiermark, 1896, im 44. Heft, S. 292 ff., herausgegeben worden ist; das zweite habe ich selbst erst bei der Durchforschung von Millstatter Akten zu anderem Zweck gelegentlich im k. U. K. Haus Hof und Staatsarchiv (ms. 9 1 1 f 17 - 24) gefunden. Da sich die in diesen Inventaren erwähnten Codices gegenwärtig unter __den leider noch immer nicht entsprechend katalogisierten Hss. Der Grazer Un1versüatsb1_bhothek befinden müssen, dürfte es nicht überflüssig sein, die Aktenstücke hier abzudrucken. Das von Lo s erth nicht sehr sorgfältig edieité, hier nochmals nach dem Original wiedergegebene ältere Inventar lautet.
