We are happy to greet our readers at the commencement of another year, with the Rsrosi'ronr on better paper, and in the best of type. And our purpose is to devote so much of our time to its interests, as may be requisite to secure the contributions of the best Biblical and Literary Scholars of our country, and also to make the typographical execution such as it should be.
During the past year, the changes in the relations of the work have been frequent and the present editor has been occasional] absent, b necessity, at times when his presence was acedfu This wil account for errors which have occur red too frequently, and for which we owe an apology to some of our highly respected correspondents. Mistakes will occur, notwithstanding the utmost care; but our hope is, that in In ture, they will be rare.
