It required no extraordinary diligence of refearch, no peculiar powers of diferi mination. It was merely to decide, which of the two, the bifhop of Durham, or the author of the Remarks, had delineated with greater accuracy the doéftritie'sbf the catholic church. That their deli ne'ation'sare cox1tradi§tory,is evident; and the con fequence'mtflt 'be, that pne of them has'knowingly or ignorantly incurred the guilt of-mifreprefettta.
