There is some damage to the bottom edge of the rear panel where the book has been damp at some time leaving discolouration to the edge and to the bottom half inch of the rear panel along half its length. The boards also have some corner rubbing but are otherwise unmarked. Scattered dark brown spotting to the edges of the pages with some brown streaky marks to the bottom edges. The endpapers are browned - particularly the rear free endpaper - but the pages are generally otherwise clean and unmarked. The jacket has some damp staining to the bottom edge of the rear panel where there is a small tear and there is a little rubbing and chipping to the corners.
