About the Author:

Huw Smart is currently a serving Police Inspector and qualified Police Trainer for South Wales Police, and has been a member of the police service for 22 years. He is a part-time lecturer at Glamorgan University, South Wales, and is a co-author of the Blackstone's Police Q&A series.
