About the Author:
Julie Le Clerc is a chef, food writer, stylist, teacher and consultant, and the author of six best-selling cookbooks,Simple Café Food, More Simple Café Food, Vineyards of New Zealand Cookbook,Little Café Cakes (shortlisted for two international awards), Simple Deli Food,café@home and feast@home. She is also co-author of the beautiful travel cookbook,Made in Morocco. She has a strong presence in the print media, was the food editor ofSunday Life Magazine in Australia, and is now the food editor for Viva (NZ Herald). Julie is also a staff writer forCuisine.
