Review:
In his earlier novel author Ravi Subramanian dealt banking and education. This time it looks into the cyber crime with banking which has become a matter of great concern all over the world. The novel should be a thriller for the new gen and a book with loads of information on the good and bad sides of electronic media and plastic money to the older generation of readers. Unquestionably, a good read! --Gopalaraman Swaminathan Sep 25, 2014
Ravi Subramanian, I d say, could be India s answer to Sidney Sheldon! The plot is amazing and keeps you hooked till the last page. For people not familiar with networking and the concept of public and private keys, it may be difficult to sustain through the first few pages. But as you read ahead, eventually, you start to get what these are at least enough to not spoil your reading experience. Subramanian constructs a labyrinth with each word he writes. What I liked was how very clean he is in doing that. The story has several primary and secondary characters and many cross-plots. With a story-line like that, there was a possibility of everything getting so jumbled up that I was afraid I d be lost. But that did not happen even once. Subramanian keeps his character descriptions to the point easy to remember and yet difficult to guess the real culprit. His plot paces and flows very effectively, not too slow and certainly not so fast that you need to stop once in a while and get a stock of where you are. His choice of words weaves a mystery that gives hints to what is coming next in such an uneven pattern that you are left wondering right till the end. God is a Gamer is the first book I ve read by Ravi Subramanian and I am totally totally bowled over. This one definitely is a must-read for all lovers of mystery. --Nikita Jhanglani Dec 20, 2014
Man i pre-ordered the book. At that time the cost was around 200+. N now its only 119. :( Though it was worth the buy.Probably the worlds first Bitcoin Thriller. A good thriller is one where the page turns by itself, and this surely did. Cummon make a movie out of it already!! Ravi Subramanian u listining! --Abhishek Tirkey Sep 26, 2014
