About the Author:
Ann Jungman was born in London, the daughter of German Jewish refugees. She taught for six years in a variety of London schools and then took an MA in American Studies, Literature and Comparative Education at London University. She started writing for children while teaching and the popularity of the VLAD THE DRAC series enabled her to write full time.
