This document sets out the Government's second response to the Foreign Affairs Committee's report (HCP 813-1, session 2002-03; ISBN 0215011627) into on whether the Government had presented accurate and complete information to Parliament in the period leading up to the war in Iraq, particularly regarding Iraq's possession of weapons of mass destruction (WMD). In its first response (Cm 6062, ISBN 0101606222) issued in November 2003, the Government state its intention to defer replying to some of the Committee's recommendations until after the publication of the Hutton report (HCP 247, session 2003-04; ISBN 0102927154).
