About the Author:

Margareta Nelke is working as an information consultant in her own firm, I.C. at Once, with methods for systematic competitive intelligence and business development. Her clients are corporations, organizations, authorities and libraries. Prior to that, Ms Nelke worked from 1983-2003 at Alfa-Laval and Tetra Park as Library Manager and Technology Intelligence Process Director. She is an experienced lecturer and author of articles and books. In 2002 she was appointed that year's European Special Librarian (ESLY) by the Special Libraries Association. From 2006 - 2009 she was the President of the Swedish Association for Information Specialists. Charlotte H kansson is the owner of Novolentia, a firm working with competitive intelligence. She also works as Team Leader for research support at Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences Library. Charlotte has eighteen years of experience of working within information management, competitive intelligence and project management in the pharmaceutical industry in Denmark. Together with Margareta Nelke she developed and lectured a Business Intelligence course at the Royal School of Library and Information Science in Copenhagen, Denmark. From 2006 to 2009 she was the President of the Southern Chapter of the Swedish Association for Information Specialists.
