About the Author:

Cinnamon VanPutte has been teaching biology and human anatomy and physiology for almost two decades. At Southwestern Illinois College she is a full-time faculty member and the coordinator for the anatomy and physiology courses.

For the past ten years, Jennifer L. Regan has taught introductory biology, human anatomy and physiology, and genetics at the university and community college level.

Andrew F. Russo has 20 years of classroom experience with human physiology, neurobiology, molecular biology, and cell biology courses at the University of Iowa.
