About the Author:
Michael S. Hanna is Professor of Communication at the University of South Alabama. He has co-authored six books and has been a frequent consultant to business and industry, having worked most recently with corporations as Courtaulds Fibers, DuPont, Degussa, Olin Corporation and Ciba-Geigy.
