Her passion for delicious food and her commitment to vegetarianism had earlier led her to a complete career change from life as a chartered accountant to pursue her love of vegetarian food. Lyn believes there are no limits to how varied and exciting vegetarian food can be – for her, a passion for food is an appetite for life itself. Lyn lives in Cheshire near the headquarters of The Vegetarian Society and spends her spare time gardening and developing new recipes.
