Her passion for delicious food and her commitment to vegetarianism had earlier led her to a complete career change from life as a chartered accountant to pursue her love of vegetarian food. Lyn lives in Cheshire near the headquarters of The Vegetarian Society and spends her spare time gardening and developing new recipes.
