About this Item
History an Genealogy of the Jewett of America. The first two volumes, originally published in 1908 by Fred Clarke Jewett, were reprinted in 1985 by the Higginson Book Company in Salem, Massachusetts. Volumes III and IV were published by the Jewett Family in 1995. First two volumes are 11 x 8.75 , 572 and 625 pp; second two volumes are 10 x 7 , 823 pp and 925 pp. All four volumes are in good condition, with minor superficial rubbing to outer covers. Hinges are tight and pages are clean. The two 1995 volumes include a wide array of photographs and other historical documentation. Please see photos and ask any questions prior to purchasing. A unique and extremely comprehensive look at the Jewett Family, which has existed in the United States for over four centuries and contains thousands of members.
