Fink, Sec'y regarding the issue of stock which ".Stockholder(s) will be permitted to subscribe for about one share for every three shares owned."; with the company officers & directors listed at top of sheet; approx. 8 1/2" x 11" size; with original mailing envelope cancelled Kenton OH 1921 with 2c stamp; light wear to paper, browned a bit, some splitting along old fold lines, envelope stained and end torn away for opening, old hole, probably from spindling; very good condition and interesting telecommunication industry and stock market history ephemera.
