The author's third book, ultimately published by Fawcett Gold Medal in 1979 as a paperback original, wherein a rich young woman hires a hard boiled, hard-drinking detective to find the gang of Mexican outlaws who have kidnapped her husband and son. Set in Mexico. Unbound but with ordered leaves. Title page present, with credits for author Peter Gentry. 479 leaves, with last page of text numbered 436. Xerographic duplication, rectos only.
