Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. 1973 hardcover with dust jacket. This copy comes from the personal collection of BERNIE TAUPIN, longtime lyricist for the music of Elton John. Mr Taupin's blindstamp, "Library of B.J.T." is applied to the first front endpage only. No other markings in the book. This is the third volume of Rachael Low's groundbreaking history of British Cinema. This book covers the years 1914 to 1918 in that history. This book shows bright, firmly bound pages and clean green cloth with bright gilt-stamped spine titles. Jacket shows some shelf-rubbing, but no bumps or creases. A very good, sturdy copy, one-of-a-kind with its Bernie Taupin provenance.
