Faded bevelled blue boards with gilt regimental badge on front board. Pale yellow binding with gilt title on spine. The boards have some handling wear and marks and at the top of the rear board is a thin band of fading, The spine with five black and gilt bands has a gilt title and gilt prussian eagle . The boards show signs of heavy wear and the corners are knocked. Internally the pages are in good order with some foxing and tanning of the pages. On the inside page is written the following "With the author's kindest regards 1st June 1910". Additionally there is written " Sent to Co. by RMC of Ringswood and Fordingbridge having been found in a salvage collection, signature and the date 13th July 1950". All 15 colour plates are present as are the photographs, maps and plans. See photograph. Dims: 240mm x 185mm x 58mm. 632 pages.
