From Peter and Brian, December 25th, 1952." Some of the paper surface of this sheet shows abrasion from the removal of cellophane tape. The upper and lower ends of the spine show chipping away of the paper and cardboard, ¼ inch to the top, ½ inch to the bottom. A damp-stain shows on the upper edge, and this has affected some pages at the front and at the back of the book. There is some spotting to the fore-edge. Spots on the rear panel. Weight is 4 lbs.
