Lacks extremely scarce jacket and as well, covering over spine, but stitching fully intact, and text block very tight. Just a bit of wear to spine caps and corners. NO tape, nor evidence of repair.One of the scarcest Margaret Wise Brown titles to come by, and even more so in this first edition, smaller format. (Later editions were larger). We think this was the precursor to the universally-beloved "Good Night Moon".
