Stapled wraps, publication date not listed, has slight sunning to spine and rear cover with light offset to front, small 25 cent price written in black on front cover, slight bumps to spine ends and corners, and some faint rubbing with a couple small spots of staining to covers, otherwise a solid Near VG copy.

Consists of summary of a debate between Darrow, who said upbringing and the environment determines human greatness, and Wiggam, who said it was all a matter of heredity, and thus there was little hope for the masses.
