Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. Euclid Shook (illustrator). Book Club Edition. This follow-up to the fictionalized autobiography "Raising a Riot" relates the further adventures of Alfred Toombs' family as they meld, Brady- Bunch-style, with another family. The Peoples Book Club is noted for their colorful, illustrated endpapers and it is noteworthy here that the endpaper paintings and the dust jacket art are by Euclid Shook, grandfather of the famous graffiti artist, Saber, and painter of pin up girls and domestic scenes for 1950's men's magazines like Esquire and American Weekly. Published first by Crowell, this book club issue came out in the same year. Ownership label on front pastedown, minor wear at spine ends, small mark on rear cover, but a very good copy in very good, slightly browned and edgeworn dust jacket with 1.5" tear to base of spine and another longer closed tear to base of front panel.
Condition: Good. Good condition. Good dust jacket. (Juvenile Fiction, Adventure) A copy that has been read but remains intact. May contain markings such as bookplates, stamps, limited notes and highlighting, or a few light stains.
