Hardcover. 224p., sketch illustrations throughout, hardbound in 7.5x5 inch papered boards (decorated) with a cloth backstrip titled in dark brown and enclosed in the colorful dust jacket. Book itself is slightly rolled with a touch of edgewear, bears a tiny seller's fiche from Brisbane, otherwise sound, and entirely clean and unmarked. The jacket protected this item and has greater edgewear and some rubbing. The week-end books [a series of at least three].

Condition: Fair. 1945. No Edition Remarks. 224 pages. No dust jacket. Red cloth. Contains black and white illustrations throughout. Loose front board. Pages are moderately tanned and foxed, but text remains clear. Noticeable marking to some pages throughout; text is not obscured. Pages remain firmly attached. Inscription to front free endpaper, with stamp to pastedown opposite. Boards and spine have minimal shelf-wear, with mild corner bumping and crushing to ends. Spine is moderately sunned. Moderate rubbing and scuffing overall, with some noticeable marking also. Boards are slightly warped.
